Aveda’s last several product line launches have been so amazing and so well received by staff and clients both. We are proud to be affiliated with a company truly at the forefront of environmental causes. They recently received their B Company accreditation which means they mandate the welfare of the planet and their employees not just profits alone. We offer free enrolment to the Aveda Rewards program in salon or opt to enrol through our Aveda store link. The program was updated from the Pure Privilege program and current members will not lose any points.
We engage clients for online consultations and booking appointments with various channels to communicate. By text at 519-365HAIR, Google, Facebook and Instagram messaging the salon or our stylists direct, plus our landline. Please note online communication is outside of the salon. Even with the covid situation settling down we’ve opted to stay cashless for two reasons, hygiene and to simplify things for our team. Our preferred method of payment is debit as it is the most economical for everyone. In the near future we will introduce our client salon app where you can shop, book and pay right from your phone.
Our goal is to put forth the best quality hair services and premium products through education and the best technology. Both clients and staff say this is the best Form & Function team ever, and I have to agree, even though I have employed so many great people for nearing 40 years. I am happy to lead and support this awesome young talented group of passionate stylists in their journey to professional success and stay closely connected to the industry that made me who I am today.
